Introduction
ICT services is one of the fastest growing segments in the telecom industry today, driven by a need for service providers to reduce the cost of operations, and the need of equipment vendors to develop new and more profitable lines of business. This report provides a snapshot of the emerging ICT services landscape.

- ICT service revenues for 30 vendors are split into telecom-related infrastructure, software and IT services, and business process consulting.- Revenues and share are also split into three vertical segments: communications, government and education, and all other.- Telecom-related services is further subdivided into network-related and product-related categories.- Data are provided in quarterly time-series beginning in 1Q06 through the most recently completed quarter.
Highlights
ICT services revenues increased by 5.7% in 3Q10 vs. 3Q09, after growing 2.9% in 2Q10. Network infrastructure services grew by 11.2% while SITS and business process consulting grew by 4.7% and 3.5%, respectively. The telecom vertical grew 12%, while government & education fell another 4% on top of a 3% decline in 2Q10.
