Volume 2 covers and pinpoints jeans trends from 2010 to 2017.
In this volume, Chapter 2 summarises the just-style annual timeline from 2004 to 2017, while Chapters 3-6 deal with the years 2005, 2009, 2013, and 2017 individually and Chapters 8-9 compare and contrast the performance of sub-regions in Europe.
The jeans market suffered from the global financial crisis of autumn 2008. It is now experiencing severe cotton price increases caused by supply shortages. These factors have combined to make the value of the world market in 2009 more than US$1,000m lower than it was in 2004.
The data in this report includes an annual timeline, familiar to just-style report readers.
