Aberdeen used the following three key performance criteria to distinguish Best-in-Class companies:
- 81% of employees indicate they are engaged, compared to 38% of Laggards - 58% of employees exceed performance goals or expectations, compared to 17% of Laggards - 22% improvement in customer satisfaction since last measured, compared to 2% decrease for Laggards
