This report is based on data collected from surveys of 83 large Nordic companies. The average turnover per employee in the companies is € 328,774 (median € 241,275). On average, full-time HR staff equivalents make up 1.4 percent of the total number of total full-time staff equivalents in the companies (median 1.0%).
The respondents are all leading decision makers with profound knowledge of their respective companies’ HR spending. In the great majority of the cases these are CFOs or HR managers. The data has been collected through telephone interviews.
The results from the survey are presented and analysed broken down by sector: Trade, Services and Manufacturing.
