South America - A market undergoing unprecedented growth
Once known as a region of economic and political upheaval, South America has experienced unprecedented growth as demand for its raw materials, oil, agricultural goods, automotive and aerospace parts and other commodities have greatly increased.
China, in particular, has become a major player within the region. In fact, China recently surpassed the United States as Brazil’s top trading partner, the second largest trade partner with Argentina and Peru and third largest partner with Venezuela.
