BULLETIN: Full Operation Of Wind Farms In Max Two Ltd. Breeze One Project Has No Rating Impact

Abstract
FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Feb 1, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today it notes that all nine wind parks in the Max Two Ltd. Breeze One wind power financing transaction are now in operation following completion of the construction of the two Portuguese wind farms Marao and Penedo Ruivo in December 2005. This will have no rating impact on the senior secured ?100 million notes (BBB-/Stable) issued by Max Two Ltd, due in September 2024. The completion of the wind farms on time and within budget was a key assumption in the rating process on the notes.
