Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' enhanced program rating and 'A' school issuer credit rating (ICR), and stable outlook, to Greene County R-VIII School District (Logan-Rogersville), Mo.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds and affirmed its 'AA+' enhanced program rating and 'A' ICR, with a stable outlook, on the district's existing GO debt. In addition, Standard & Poor's withdrew its 'AA+' enhanced program rating and 'A' ICR, and stable outlook, on the district's series 2010 GO refunding bonds because the district never issued the bonds. The enhanced program rating reflects the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program.
