Abstract
DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) March 21, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has placed its 'A' rating on Stafford County & Staunton Industrial Development Authority, Va.'s Municipal League/Virginia Association of Counties Finance Program (VML/VACo) series 2006C, 2007B, 2007C, and 2007E on CreditWatch with negative implications, indicating the potential for the rating to be lowered in the near term. "The CreditWatch reflects our ongoing analysis of the program, and specifically, the likelihood that no additional bonds or loans will be added to the program," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst James Breeding.
