Abstract
OVERVIEW We have assigned preliminary 'AA (sf)' ratings to TDA Tarragona 1's class A and B notes. This transaction closed in November 2007, but we were not engaged to rate the notes at that time. The transaction securitizes a pool of residential mortgages that Caixa Tarragona originated in Spain. MADRID (Standard & Poor's) March 21, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary 'AA (sf)' credit ratings to TDA Tarragona 1, Fondo de Titulizaci?n de Activos' class A and B notes. At closing, TDA Tarragona 1 also issued unrated class C and D notes (see list below). This transaction closed in November 2007, but we were not engaged to rate the notes at that time.
