Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on three classes from Carlyle High Yield Partners 2008-1 Ltd. and removed one of them from CreditWatch with positive implications. We withdrew our rating on one class due to the tranche paying down in full. The rating actions reflect the paydowns of the class A notes since we downgraded the A notes on Nov. 17, 2009.
