The rating reflects our view of the district's: Very strong fund balance; Good wealth levels; Favorable debt profile; and Low market values. Gantt Fire, Sewer, & Police District serves an estimated population of 61,872 in Greenville County and is located 100 miles northwest of Columbia, S.C. and roughly 30 miles south of the border of North Carolina. Income levels in the district are, in our opinion, good, with median household effective buying income at 91% of national levels. Market value has grown by an annual average of 8.1% since 2006
