Use PIERS Prospects™ to identify companies shipping and receiving international freight in specific areas. The simple graphical user interface allows you to quickly and easily search by location or company name to find leads, build a sales territory, identify market leaders and competitors, and reduce expenses associated with prospecting. Within seconds, view ranked lists of prospects meeting your search criteria and immediately access contact information to make the connections you need. Data is current, accurate, and updated frequently. Simple and informative graphs, charts, and downloadable reports enable you to spend less time searching for leads and more time selling to them.
A powerful combination of commercial intelligence resources: PIERS comprehensive, authoritative import-export trade data … plus the D&B D-U-N-S Number-identified current business background information, including years in business, SIC, number of employees, and sales volume. Flexible search options: Begin with Company Look-up to find one or more businesses by name and location (multiple names can be searched simultaneously) ... or go to Advanced Search to create lists of importers/exporters by:
- Geographic location
- Trading-partner countries
- Products bought or sold.
Then filter results by trade volume, years in business, number of employees ... or other profile characteristics. Set the range of quantitative search criteria, including TEUs, estimated values, sales volumes, and more. Multiple sorting options: Rank order results by total number of shipments,TEUs, or tonnage. Select the top 25, top 50, or top 100 companies by a choice of ranking criteria. Then click on individual companies to view their trade and business profiles including their:
- Top trading partners
- Top market countries
- Top commodities bought and/or sold
- Top ports of entry and
- Commercial background information from the D&B database.
