BULLETIN: Upgrade of Kingdom of Sweden Long-Term Foreign-Currency Ratings to 'AAA' Feb 04

Abstract STOCKHOLM (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 16, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that today's upgrade of the Kingdom of Sweden long-term foreign-currency ratings to 'AAA' would not result in any immediate change in the ratings or outlooks on the 11 municipalities and two county councils in Sweden rated by Standard & Poor's.
