Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA' rating to issuances of Realkreditobligationer (ROs) issued out of Totalkredit's Capital Centre C. We previously assigned our 'AAA' rating to issuances out of Totalkredit Capital Centres D, E, and F, which are used as collateral for issuances out Nykredit Realkredit A/S's Capital Centres D and E. A separate transaction update has been published for Nykredit Realkredit's covered bonds (see "Related Articles"). The total amount of covered bonds rated amounts to DKK135.4 billion as of June 30, 2008. The covered bonds are backed a cover pool consisting of Danish residential mortgage assets.
