NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) April 21, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AAA' rating to Nuveen Ohio Dividend Advantage Municipal Fund 3's (the fund's) $16.06 million 2.35% munifund term preferred shares series 2014 and affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the fund's series T auction-rate preferred shares. The ratings on the preferred shares reflect our assessment of the likelihood that the series 2014 and T liquidation preferences and dividends will be paid if the fund's portfolio assets are liquidated.
