The financial strength and financial enhancement ratings of ACE Guaranty Re Inc. (AGR) are based on its experienced management, skillful underwriting and risk management functions, solid financial guaranty reinsurance market position, and acceptable capitalization profile for the rating level. These strengths have not been diluted now that the company is part of the ACE Limited group of companies. Moreover, ACE fully supports the company, continuing with the strategy implemented in late 1998 to focus exclusively on the financial guaranty and financial risk products lines while avoiding any significant intercompany support and reinsurance arrangements with affiliates.
