Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 18, 2008-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that following a review of the Atlantis One Funding Corp. ABCP program, there has been no change to the 'A-1+' rating on that program. Atlantis was initially rated in May 1999. The 'A-1+' rating on the CP issued by Atlantis , Rabobank's single-seller conduit, was affirmed following certain structural changes in June 2001, which consisted mainly of replacing several conduit agreements (e.g., liquidity facility, swingline and swap agreements) by a credit default swap (CDS).
