Abstract
OVERVIEW We have assigned credit ratings to Holmes Master Issuer's mortgage-backed notes series 2010-1. A pool of first-ranking mortgages originated by Santander UK and secured over properties in England, Scotland, and Wales collateralizes the notes. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 12, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its credit ratings to Holmes Master Issuer PLC's $1,400 million, -1,250 million, and -975 million mortgage-backed notes series 2010-1. At the same time, Holmes issued -600 million unrated class Z notes (see list below). Santander UK PLC sponsors three U.K. residential mortgage master trusts (Holmes, Fosse, and Langton).
