Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to George Washington University (GWU), D.C.'s series 2011 taxable revenue bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' underlying ratings (SPUR) on GWU's debt outstanding, and 'AAA/A-1' dual ratings on the university's series 1999B and 1999C variable-rate demand bonds.
