TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) April 26, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had assigned its 'AA-' senior secured long-term debt ratings to Japan Finance Corp.'s (JFC; AA-/Stable/A-1+) bonds: series 16 (for the Micro Business and Individual Operations), -60 billion, 0.310%, due May 9, 2013; series 17 (for the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Operations), -50 billion, 0.591%, due March 18, 2016; and series 18 (for the Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and Food Business Operations), -15 billion, 2.157%, due May 9, 2031.
