Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating, and stable outlook, to Hudson County, N.J.'s series 2011 open-space bonds and affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on the county's existing general obligation (GO) parity debt. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA' rating, with a stable outlook, on the county's school bonds based on the security provided by the New Jersey Fund for the Support of Free Public Schools.
