Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A-' rating on the Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Ill.'s $702 million series 2011A-C stand-alone passenger facility charge (PFC) bonds and $413 million series 2011A grant receipts and subordinate-lien PFC revenue (LOI-sub-PFC) bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA', 'AA-', and 'A-' ratings on the airport's first-, second-, and third-lien general airport revenue bonds (GARBs), respectively. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A-' rating on Chicago, Ill.'s stand-alone PFC bonds issued for the airport and its ratings on the airport's 2005C and 2005D bonds, based on the application of joint criteria.
