Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A' long-term rating and stable outlook to Missouri Association of Rural Education, Mo.'s series 2011 lease certificates of participation, issued on behalf of Osage County R-III School District. The rating reflects the district's pledge of semiannual lease rental payments, which are subject to annual appropriation pursuant to the lease agreement securing the certificates. The district has pledged to annually appropriate lease rental payments before the conclusion of its fiscal year on June 30, which is more than three months in advance of the following October and April lease payment dates.
