Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its ratings on Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust's series 11785, relating to Tallahassee, Fla.'s energy system revenue bonds series 2007, to 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' from 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-', respectively. This action follows Standard & Poor's March 26, 2010, upgrade of the rating on the underlying bond to 'AA' from 'AA-'. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bond.
