Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its ratings on Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust's series 10389, relating to Long Island Power Authority, N.Y.'s electric system general revenue bonds series 2004A, to 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' from 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA', respectively. These actions follow Standard & Poor's Oct. 25, 2010, downgrade of the rating on the underlying bonds to 'AA+' from 'AAA'. The long-term component of the rating is based on the Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp.-insured underlying bond (CUSIP: 542690N24).
