Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A-' issuer credit rating (ICR) on Mary Rutan Hospital, Ohio. The ICR applies to Mary Rutan Hospital's general creditworthiness and is not specific to any bond issue. The outlook is stable. The rating affirmation reflects our opinion that while its service area is economically challenged, Mary Rutan's balance sheet is strong and its operational performance improved in fiscal 2010.
