Abstract LONDON (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) July 24, 2001--Standard & Poor's today assigned its single-'A'-minus long-term and 'A-2' short-term corporate credit ratings to Aeroporti di Roma SpA (AdR). The outlook is stable. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its single-'A'-minus senior secured debt rating to a proposed bank loan due 2017 to be made to AdR. Standard & Poor's has reviewed the loan facility's security package and, although displaying some strengths, these are not sufficient to elevate the bank loan rating owing to concerns about enforceability and value of security.
