Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 26, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on Illinois Finance Authority's health care revenue and refunding bonds, and affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on Illinois Health Facilities Authority's series 1997B and series 2003A-C bonds, both issued for Oak Brook, Ill.-based Advocate Health Care Network (AHCN), reflecting AHCN's strong financial profile, stable management team, and leading market position among Chicago-area hospitals. The outlook is stable. Additionally, Standard & Poor's raised its rating on certain maturities of Illinois Health Facilities Authority's revenue refunding bonds, series 1997A, and series 2000 revenue bonds, which have been partially advance refunded, to 'AAA' from 'AA'.
