NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 16, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' rating to Highlands County Health Facilities Authority, Fla.'s $200 million series 2006C hospital revenue bonds, issued for Adventist Health System (AHS)/Sunbelt Obligated Group. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term ratings and underlying ratings (SPURs) on AHS/Sunbelt Obligated Group bonds issued through a variety of issuers, and its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on bonds backed by various LOCs from Sun Trust Bank and AHS, based on the joint-rating criteria.
