Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 17, 2007--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+/A-1' rating to Highlands County Health Facilities Authority, Fla.'s $116.45 million series 2007A hospital revenue bonds and its 'A+' standard long-term rating to the authority's $250 million series 2007B-D hospital revenue bonds, all issued for the Adventist Health System (AHS)/Sunbelt Obligated Group. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on AHS/Sunbelt Obligated Group's preexisting bonds, issued through a variety of issuers, and its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on bonds backed by various LOCs from Sun Trust Bank and AHS, based on the joint-rating criteria.
