Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' issuer credit rating (ICR) to the Carle Foundation, Ill., which is the parent of the Carle Foundation Hospital (Carle). At the same time, Standard & Poor's removed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on the foundation's series 2004A-1, A-2, A-3, and A-4 bonds, issued by the Illinois Finance Authority, as those bonds have been redeemed.
