At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on the department's outstanding $220.8 million senior-lien debt, its 'A+' SPUR on the department's outstanding $1.4 billion subordinate-lien debt, its 'A+' rating on the department's $706 million of passenger facility charge (PFC) revenue debt, and its 'A' rating on the department's $101 million jet aviation fuel tax bonds.
