SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) June 11, 2008-- Standard & Poor's assigned its 'SP-1+' short-term rating to Clark County, Nev.'s $400 million airport system junior subordinate lien revenue notes series 2008F, issued on behalf of Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on the Clark County Airport Department of Aviation's outstanding $282 million senior-lien debt, its 'A+' SPUR on the department's outstanding $1.32 billion subordinate-lien debt, its 'A+' rating on the department's $706 million of passenger facility charge (PFC) revenue debt, and its 'A' rating on the department's $101 million jet aviation fuel tax bonds.
