Ascension Health, MO Debt Rating Outlook Revised To Stable On Strong Cash Flow, Established Operating Performance Feb 09

Abstract DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 13, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised the rating outlook to stable on all of Ascension Health, Mo.'s debt. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A-1+' short-term rating to Ascension Health's $251.175 million Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority's series 1999B-1, 1999B-2, and 1999B-3 annual-mode bonds; to $35.6 million Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority's series 1999B annual-mode bonds; and to $28.3 million Illinois Finance Authority's series 2000A annual-mode bonds. Standard & Poor's also assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to $198.455 million Indiana Health Facilities Finance Authority's series 2001A-1 and 2001A-2 multi-annual mode bonds and to $85.0 million Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority's series 1999B-4 multi-annual mode bonds.
