Abstract
SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) April 27, 2010-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+' rating to Clark County, Nev.'s $100 million series 2010E-1 junior subordinate lien notes, issued on behalf of Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A' long-term rating to Clark County's $200 million series 2010E-2 junior subordinate lien notes. The outlook is negative. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Clark County Department of Aviation's senior-lien debt, its 'A+' long-term rating and SPUR on the department's outstanding subordinate-lien debt and passenger facility charge (PFC) revenue debt, and its 'A' SPUR on the department's jet aviation fuel tax bonds.
