Abstract
CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) June 28, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to negative from stable on the Illinois Finance Authority's (IFA) and the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority's (WHEFA) series 2003A, 2003B, 2007A, 2007B-1, 2007B-2, 2007C, 2008A, and 2008B bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA/A-1+' rating on the IFA's series 2008A bonds and the WHEFA's series 2003B and 2008B bonds. We also affirmed the 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the IFA's and WHEFA's series 2003A, 2007A, 2007B-1, 2007B-2 and 2007C bonds.
