Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' dual ratings on Illinois Finance Authority's $33.9 million series 2004 and $15.1 million series 2006A bonds, issued for Riverside Health System (RHS), based on the application of its low-correlation joint-criteria methodology, whereby the rating on the letter of credit provider (LOC) J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. is 'AA-/A-1+', and the underlying rating (SPUR) on RHS is also affirmed at 'A'. We based the short-term components of these ratings, for these issues, solely on J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. as liquidity provider. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A' rating on the authority's $0.7 million series 2000 and $43.0 million series 2006C revenue bonds and $66.5 million series 2009 revenue bonds issued...
