Abstract
CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 27, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'BBB-' long-term rating to Illinois Finance Authority's $60 million series 2011 student housing revenue bonds, issued on behalf of CHF-Normal, LLC (Collegiate Housing Foundation, or CHF), a not-for-profit corporation organized for the sole purpose of constructing student housing for the Illinois State University (ISU) Project. The outlook is stable. "The stable outlook on the series 2011 housing bonds reflects our anticipation that over the next two years, project construction will likely be completed on time and on budget, and that occupancy levels will be consistent with, or greater than, projections," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Jessica Lukas.
