Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Clark County Airport Department of Aviation's senior-lien debt, its 'A+' long-term rating and SPUR on the department's outstanding subordinate-lien debt and passenger facility charge (PFC) revenue debt, its 'A' SPUR on the department's jet aviation fuel tax bonds and third-lien subordinate notes, its 'SP-1+' rating on the department's series 2010E-1 notes, and its 'AAA/A-1' rating on the series 2010F-2 bonds, which is based on the application of joint criteria (assuming low correlation) with a LOC provided by Union Bank NA (A+/A-1) all of which were issued for Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
