Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' long-term ratings and, where applicable, 'AA/A-1+' and 'AA/A-1' ratings on various series of bonds issued by the Illinois Finance Authority on behalf of Advocate Health Care Network (AHCN). The 'A-1+' short-term component of the rating on the series 2003A 2003C, 2008A-1, 2008A-2, 2008A-3, and 2008C-3B bonds reflects the credit strength inherent in the 'AA' long-term rating on AHCN and the sufficiency of AHCN's unrestricted assets in providing liquidity support for the aforementioned bonds.
