NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 9, 2002--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its rating on Four Winds Funding Corp.'s 4(2) commercial paper program, administered by Commerzbank AG, to 'A-2' from 'A-1'. The lowered rating follows the recent downgrade of Commerzbank AG. Four Winds Funding Corp.'s asset-backed commercial paper rating is dependent upon the Commerzbank AG rating. Commerzbank AG is the provider of the letter of credit, which is part of the program credit enhancement....
