At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A/A-1' long- and short-term foreign and local currency counterparty credit ratings on the bank. The outlook revision reflects the bank's clearly defined business profile and improving financial position, as well as the continued support of Komercni's parent, France-based bank Société Générale (SocGen; AA-/Positive/A-1+). The ratings on Komercni reflect its strategic importance as a core SocGen entity and resulting parental commitment to its Czech subsidiary.
