Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating on Calvert County, Md.'s general obligation (GO) bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA' and revised the outlook to stable from positive. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA+' rating, and stable outlook, to the county's 2008 GO bonds.
