Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised its outlook on Calvert County, Md.'s general obligation (GO) debt outstanding to positive from stable. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on the debt. Standard & Poor's also assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating, with a positive outlook, to the county's $21.3 million (GO) consolidated public improvement and refunding bonds, 2010 series (tax-exempt), and consolidated public improvement bonds, 2010 series (taxable Build America Bonds).
