Abstract
SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) April 12, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its rating outlook to negative from stable on the District of Columbia's revenue bonds, issued for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on the bonds. "The outlook revision reflects our expectation of significant debt issuance within the calendar year in conjunction with a land purchase and construction of a new headquarters building," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Jessica Matsumori.
