SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) May 3, 2011-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its 'BBB' long-term and underlying ratings (SPUR) on John C. Lincoln Health Network, Ariz.'s (Lincoln) outstanding revenue bonds issued by the Arizona Health Facility Authority, Glendale Industrial Development Authority, and Phoenix Industrial Development Authority. "The outlook revision reflects our view of Lincoln's strengthened balance sheet measures, improved operating performance, and solid cash flow," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Geraldine Poon. "In addition, while the rating remains supported by a solid market position, operating pressure due to reduced governmental reimbursement is a rating concern.
