The rating on Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Trust floater certificates series 2004-1168, relating to Fairfax County Industrial Development Authority, Va. hospital revenue refunding bonds series 1993A, has been affirmed subsequent to amendments to the trust documents effective June 29, 2006. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services determined that the amendments will not affect the rating on the bonds. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bond. The short-term component of the rating is based on a guarantee provided by Morgan Stanley and a liquidity facility provided by Morgan Stanley Municipal Funding Inc. until Aug. 10, 2006.
