Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its rating on Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Trust floater certificates series 2006-2000, relating to New York City tax-exempt bonds series I-1 subsequent to amendments to the trust documents effective Sept. 6, 2007. Standard & Poor's determined that the amendments will not affect the rating on the bonds. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bond. The short-term component of the rating is based on a guarantee provided by Morgan Stanley and a liquidity facility provided by Morgan Stanley Municipal Funding Inc. until Aug. 8, 2008....
