Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' enhanced rating and AA-' long-term rating to Humble Independent School District, Texas' series 2010A unlimited tax school building bonds and series 2010B unlimited tax refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) and issuer credit rating (ICR) on the district's existing general obligation (GO) debt. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' enhanced program rating on the district's existing GO debt. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The enhanced program rating reflects our view of the security of the Texas Permanent School Fund guarantee.
