Trust's floater and residual certificates series 2008-3001, relating to Alaska Housing Finance Corp.'s general housing purpose bonds series 2005A, to 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' from 'AA/A-1' And 'AA', respectively. This action follows Standard & Poor's Dec. 30, 2010, upgrade of the rating on the underlying bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA', and revision of the outlook to stable from positive. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bonds (CUSIP #: 011832YN6, 011832YP1, 011832YK2, 011832YL0, 011832YM8).
